Established in 2013, BFP factory main production base is located in Huizhou City, Guang Dong Province, China. It is one and half hour drive from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Within few years, it has developed to medium size customized cabinets manufacture with 8000 m² of workshop, 200 workers, 4 production line, and productivity of 40 to 50 forty foot container each month.
Comparing with common edge banding machine, our integrated edge banding machine provides a more advanced production technique. The finished 45 degree seamless door panels looks better and is more durable.
During the production, each panel has it’s identity - a QR code, which includes the information of it’s name, dimension, the cabinet it belongs to and color quantity etc. Thanks to this QR system, we have realized the zero mistake of mass production no matter how complicated the order is.
5 times painting, 3 times for priming and 2 times for surface, high hardness, up to 2H standard;
Use imported ingredients for painting to prevent color fading and yellowing, stronge weather resistance and stability;
Flatness and fullness up to grade 1 standard, glossiness more than 95% after polishing, the edge of single-side lacquer is extremely neat.
